[Arrange] Oriental Magician [HRtP Makai Stage 11-14 Theme]

It is me, Senpoo!! I have returned from the dead with Oriental Magician as well as some goofy Elly art!! :D For this arrange, I decided to utilize some PC-98 sampling once again. As usual, I also had a lot of fun messing around with chord inversions. In addition, I threw in some sound effects after a friend told me I should. :) I hope you enjoy, and I hope everyone is doing well!! I randomly had the urge to arrange this song, but I think it turned out well. I'm hoping to upload many more arrangements this summer.
