Summer in the Spanish Countryside | Harvesting Peaches, Homemade Tart & Slow Living

Summer has arrived in our little village in Spain, and the peach tree is overflowing with fruit. This week I harvested peaches, made a peach tart, frozen peach smoothies, and tried a refreshing tomato & peach salad.
