Kashmir's Manuscript

Kashmir's Manuscript Watch: In #Nishat, #Srinagar, lives #ManzoorDaikoo, a passionate collector who has spent a fortune building an extraordinary collection of rare manuscripts. The collection now fills large spaces across his multiple homes. In #MaleehaSofi’s visual story, Daikoo speaks about the years, costs and personal sacrifices behind his collection, and his growing concerns over its future. For him, these manuscripts are more than books: they are vital records of Kashmir’s distant and recent past.
