Chairlift - Break Up Announcement & Bruises (Good Room, NYC 12/15/16)

[Reuploaded] Hot on the heels after releasing their third album "Moth" I really thought Chairlift was taking off and going places. It was a great time to be a fan of their music. However on this cold December night, Caroline and Patrick made the surprise announcement that they would be playing their final shows in the spring of 2017. It was a huge shock at the time and we had no clue what was in store for us in the future. Looking back at the decision now, I can see how this was the right choice and Caroline became a bigger force in the music scene than she ever was in this project. I'm honored to have been part of where she came from and proud of what she's achieved since then.
