PRESENTATION: How Did 19th Century Iran Prepare for the Advent of God in Human Form? Peter is a longtime Meher Baba historian who has dedicated over 40 years to studying the life and teachings of the Avatar of the Age. A former resident of Meherabad, he learned firsthand from many of Baba’s Mandali, gaining deep insight into Baba’s life. In 2003, Peter wrote and produced God in Human Form, a documentary on Meher Baba’s life and work, followed by the music video You Alone Exist. He has contributed historical writings for the Meherabad walking tours and the Meher Baba Trust website, including the booklet The History of the Tomb-Shrine of Avatar Meher Baba. Peter and his wife Debbie made yearly trips to Meherabad working on archival and preservation projects until the pandemic. He is currently transforming an old school into an archives museum in Asheville, NC.
