iOS 27 iPhone SE 3 minor bug: status bar text expands and flashes

iPhone SE 3 on iOS 27.0 iPhone 8 on iOS 16 Using an iPhone SE 3 on iOS 27.0. using dark mode and reduce motion. I've attached a video comparing iOS 27.0 to iOS 16. I believe iOS 16 behaved the same as iOS 26 since I only noticed the problem after updating to iOS 27.0. For reference, the iOS 16 device is an iPhone 8. If I lock the screen in an app like Clock, a lot of the time, when unlocking the status bar will rapidly change between sizes and briefly flash to black. I noticed this immediately after updating to iOS 27.0. The video also compares it to iOS 16, where the size transition is smooth and there is a fade from black instead of an instant flash. I believe iOS 26 behaved the same.
