They discuss the exciting project to bring modern townhomes to Grand Junction's vibrant downtown. The homes are being built behind the old R-5 High School, also part of the redevelopment plan, on 7th St and White Ave. When finished, there will be 36 townhomes with detached garages that include an upstairs flex suite.
