I finished writing my Christmas cards and that got me thinking of Christmas treats…so I took a trip to Lidl. I’d seen a recipe for homemade cranberry and apple sauce, which I substituted some of the sugar for honey I’d got from the local beekeeper. A perfect accompaniment for the turkey burger I served with toasted bagel and the rest of the salad I got reduced last week. How have your holiday season preps coming along, are you all ready ?
