Failing level 186 Hard level in Angry Birds 2

This is a hard level, I am trying to beat, but I end up failing. Leveling up the burds is going to take forever unless I have a lot of coins to buy repeated feathers and random feathers to level up my flock. This time, maybe today because I ran out of hearts and to wait for them to give me hearts is I have to wait, 15 or 30 minutes!
