Stihl TS400 Build Part I

Restoration rebuild of a Stihl TS400 cutoff saw. Rebuild starting with the basics of the engine. Going into a lot of detail. Using my methods which may differ from other professional builders. I'm a tinker, not a super expert in all areas. Breaking this up into multiple parts.
