River Wandle - Windy December Day Barbel

A barbel, around 5lb, taken on double maggot on a size 18 barbless hook, 3lb main line with 2.5lb bottom. With the wind it was not ideal conditions for fishing a stick float, but it's always a top method on the Wandle.
