I bought a travel trailer in Tampa, Florida. I live in Pensacola. And I don't own a truck. So General RV delivered it — seven hours, straight to my doorstep, backed into my driveway. This is Episode 4: the day the trailer actually became mine. I had the driver pull it forward and back it in a second time, because the first pass put it too far on my neighbor's side. No drama, not on my watch. Then came the part nobody warns you about. I deep cleaned a trailer I'd already paid someone to clean — trust, but verify. I measured my studio monitors to see if they'd even fit. I built custom shelves for the clamps and mounts. And I researched every bare necessity I'd need to actually live off this thing, because in a travel trailer nothing gets loaded twice. Then it had to travel 2,000 miles to California before I did.
