The Tandoor Naan Making Master is definitely amongst the fastest that we've seen in recent years, he shows off his skills to an impressed and hungry public at Fresh Naan shop in Leicester. The way you see how they make the naan bread is the same way they make it back in Kurdishstan. It was great to see these guys in action because they truly reminded us of India. Watching the naan being made you can see that it's a very similar technique & method to the way Indian Tandoor Naan bread is made (they call it a Tendur in Kurdish).
