You’re Seeing This For a Reason…🕯️The Witches of Salem Have a Message For You🧹✨🔮🦋🔥🍁🩸🌿

Hello beautiful! Welcome to my channel and another pick a card reading about “Messages from the Witches of Salem.” 🍁✨🌙 This past month, I was honored with the opportunity to go to Salem, MA and hold reverence for the victims of the Salem Witch Trials. I have wanted to go to this town, and various monuments associated with it all of my life, because of the history and significance of persecution, but also because on some level, I identify with the pain of being outcasted, judged and condemned for my beliefs and practices. If you are drawn to this reading, I believe on some level you also understand and relate to how devastating that judgement can be. This reading offers another side though—what if experiences such as these are rooted in empowerment, strength, dignity and paving the way for people like us to thrive in the future? What if being outcasted, misunderstood and categorized as uncontrollable are not to be taken as negative traits, but instead transformative and liberating ones?🦋🩸 That was the basis for this reading. None of what I have said negates or justifies the suffering, torture nor violence victims have gone through, nor the suffering and hurts we endure personally. This reading is supposed to connect us with “What do the people who suffered before us have to say to guide us further forward?” In the intro of this video I talk of more condemned people in history. Indigenous tribes and populations were killed in a similar ways that the Salem witches were executed—in similar ways that Black Americans were and are lynched. These histories are distinct, but they share a painful thread: people in positions of power have repeatedly used fear, violence, and dehumanization against those they perceived as different or threatening. It’s horrible that people in power and privilege decide to use violence to target those who are different or those who threaten their appearance of superiority. Many of those accused of witchcraft were caught in false accusations, fear, social conflict, and narratives that were used to exert control over people who were perceived as threatening, different, or difficult to control. I need to clarify these connections within the mangled roots of violence and control because I called on many energies during this reading beyond Salem—witches condemned in other countries such as Ireland, England, etc. Condemned herbal medicine practitioners. Condemned shamans. Goddesses and entities such as Lilith and Sybil who represent truth tellers and “damned” feminine energy. Those who were condemned so others could exact control over their womanhood and femininity. It’s a powerful topic and I understand it deserves respect. With that being said, I am not a medical professional.
