Phowa in Nepali Part 2

Through Phowa sadhana (practice) we can transfer our consciousness to a higher state of existence in which enlightenment is easy to obtain. This teaching is dedicated to all the Dharma friends who are seeking to practice Phowa Meditation and it is provided by the Buddhist Community Centre Kent UK as a charity work.
