TRE 584 - Braiding machine for 8 strips herringbone round braid and 4 strips round braid

TRE 584 is a plaiting machine for 4 strips round braid and 8 strips herringbone round braid for folded strips or raw cut materials The width of each single strand can go from 3 mm. up to 7 mm.. A central reinforcement can be added very easily if needed. The maximum production varies from 45 up to 90 m/h (at maximum speed), according to the width of the material. The control panel features a touchscreen interface with the ability to vary the working step from the user interface with increments of only 0,1 mm. There are also diagnostic functions, troubleshooting and a statistics section dedicated to production overview and forecast.
