Walk In the Light Week 2: Can People See Jesus in Your Life? | Pastor Troy | Eastgate CLT

Can people see Jesus in the way you live? Your new life in Christ carries a purpose beyond yourself. Pastor Troy shares a challenging message from Exodus 19 and John 11 and 12 about faith, obedience, and becoming a kingdom of priests. Jesus gave you new life. How will you live it? Through the story of Lazarus, Pastor Troy invites our Eastgate Charlotte family to accept two challenges: live so that others believe in Jesus because of your life, and return to the responsibility of bringing people before God in prayer. This message explores: 1. God’s design for a kingdom of priests. 2. Choosing faith when doubt speaks. 3. Jesus as the resurrection and the life. 4. Doing what God has empowered you to do. 5. Letting your transformed life point others to Christ. 6. Surrendering your fears, feelings, and ambitions to God. 7. Pursuing Jesus with a sincere heart. 8. Allowing inward obedience to shape outward action. Throughout the service, our church family also shares communion, prays for healing and freedom from shame, celebrates Pastor JP and Pastor Ashley, and receives an Adopt a Family update. Main Scriptures: Exodus 19:1–6, John 11, and John 12:9–11. Communion Scripture: Luke 22:14–20. Take a moment to respond: Jesus, let my life lead people to You. Give me a heart that obeys You and faithfully brings others before You in prayer. Share in the comments which challenge you are accepting. Send this message to someone who needs encouragement, and subscribe for more messages from Eastgate Charlotte. Join our church family in Charlotte on Sundays at 10:00 AM.
