La danse de minuit (acte II) 17:46 5. Pilon 23:50 6. De gris figé 30:14 7. Soir d'inquiétude 36:39 8. Epilude 41:25 In my estimation, this is a perfect dark ambient album. Each track has a distinct mood, like a distant memory of a time better left forgotten, and the album as a whole feels coherent without forcing a narrative onto the listener. The way the samples build and harmonize with one another demonstrates the kind of patient genius that separates “great” ambient artists from “good” ones. If I ever become a rich man, I vow to fund a vinyl pressing of this album (along with a few other records.) To the artist: Marc, if you are reading this, thank you for this beautiful work of art. http://www.landsite.net/
