Revival - RX-Howl & HFTG

🖤 REVIVAL — RX-HOWL x HowlsFromTheGrave 🖤 Some people leave this world… but they never truly leave us. Revival is a song about memory, love, grief, and the little pieces of people that remain with us long after they're gone. A photograph. A familiar voice. An old story. A laugh that suddenly sounds like them. Sometimes remembering hurts. Sometimes remembering heals. And sometimes, simply saying someone's name is enough to bring them back for one more moment. This song came together between RX-HOWL and HowlsFromTheGrave as something deeply personal — a reminder that the people we've lost continue to live through the stories we tell, the lessons they left behind, and the memories we carry forward. This is Revival. Not bringing back the past. But keeping what mattered alive. 🖤 RX-HOWL x HowlsFromTheGrave 🎵 REVIVAL If you've ever lost someone you loved, this one is for you. If their memory still makes you smile, cry, laugh, or simply stop for a moment… Remember them. Say their name. Tell their story. Because sometimes, that's how we bring them back. LYRICS [VERSE 1 — HOWLS] There's a photograph tucked away That still knows how to make me smile A voice inside an old refrain That brings me back for just a while There's a story I've told a thousand times And somehow it still feels new Funny how the smallest things Can bring somebody back to you [PRE-CHORUS — RX] A name on someone's lips A memory in the room A laugh we haven't heard in years Still somehow breaks through [CHORUS — BOTH] We bring them back With every story that we tell Every photograph we keep Every memory we hold so well We bring them back With every tear and every laugh They're never truly gone While there's a piece of them we have Call it memory Call it love Call it whatever gets us through We bring them back Every time we remember who they were to you [VERSE 2 — RX] Sometimes it's an empty chair Sometimes it's an old familiar song Sometimes it's the way we laugh And realize they've been there all along In the words they used to say In the lessons they left behind In the little pieces of them We carry through our lives [PRE-CHORUS — HOWLS] A story passed along A picture in a frame A thousand little echoes That still answer to their name [CHORUS — BOTH] We bring them back With every story that we tell Every photograph we keep Every memory we hold so well We bring them back With every tear and every laugh They're never truly gone While there's a piece of them we have Call it memory Call it love Call it whatever gets us through We bring them back Every time we remember who they were to you [BRIDGE — RX] And maybe that's the miracle... Not that we can turn back time. But that time can't take everything. [BRIDGE — HOWLS] Because what mattered stays. In the stories. In the scars. In the smiles. In the photographs. [BOTH — BUILD] And every time we say their name Every time we tell the tale Every time we laugh again Every time the memories prevail For one more moment... They're here. [FINAL CHORUS — BOTH] We bring them back With every story that we tell Every photograph we keep Every memory we hold so well We bring them back With every tear and every laugh They're never truly gone While there's a piece of them we have Call it memory Call it love Call it whatever gets us through We bring them back... Every time we remember. Every time we remember. [OUTRO — RX, softly] Some things don't need to live forever... They only need someone to remember. [HOWLS, softly] And we'll remember. [BOTH] That's our revival. --- 🖤 A collaboration between HowlsFromTheGrave & RX-HOWL For everyone we've loved. For everyone we remember. For everyone whose story still lives on.
