100 Days of Stardew Valley but it's on Hardmode | Part 1

My next installment of a project that will take me way too long to complete. 100 days of Stardew but profit margins are set at 25% and I'm on the beach farm map (plus some other settings to make it interesting but no mods or glitches). This is less of a guide but i'll explain what i'm doing as i go through it; especially some of the more technical strategies. It's not a full min/max type run but i'm trying to get as much done as i can in 100 days (e.g. completing the Community Center and knocking out as much of the perfection rating as i can).
