to Yourself Like This Before Bed and Watch What Happens in 7 Nights | Carl Jung
Is video ke pehle 2 lines sab se zyada important hain, kyunke search mein wahi dikhti hain.
Every night, right before you fall asleep, a door opens in your mind. In this guided Carl Jung meditation, you will learn seven simple phrases to carry into sleep for seven nights, and why the words you say in the last few minutes before bed shape who you become.
Inspired by the ideas of Carl Jung on the unconscious, the shadow, active imagination and the Self, this is a calm, slow bedtime meditation made to help you let go of the day and sleep deeply.
In this video you will hear about:
The hypnagogic state and the threshold of sleep
Why the deep mind understands images, not commands
The seven phrases for seven nights
How to release what does not belong to you
How to rest without guilt
How to stop avoiding what you feel
The seven phrases:
I am becoming the person I have always quietly known I could be.
I am already healing, not waiting to be healed.
I release what does not belong to me.
I trust what is unfolding even when I cannot see it yet.
I am allowed to rest without earning it.
I am willing to see what I have been avoiding.
I am exactly where I need to be.
Try one phrase each night, or choose the one that calls to you most. You do not need to do it perfectly.
