Varmora came to us with a problem that businesses often experience: they had products of the best quality, but somewhere, they felt they were missing the mark when communicating with their clients and converting them. They had a range of offerings, with a showcase video for every kind of product. They had a fixed format for these videos, which explained all facts that a client would need to know about the product. However, the videos only functioned as digital brochures in motion. They didn’t do much apart from showcasing products. They didn’t do the work of connecting the brand to their clients in an impactful way. To make this happen, a lot of things had to be communicated visually. What was the thought behind the product? What kind of intellectual and physical labour went into it? How do you communicate its premium quality without actually bringing the product to the meeting? How do you convey that even different kinds of textures could be customized and tailored according to the client’s requirements? How do you do all of this without losing the client’s attention? And how do you do this for maximum impact? Time and again, the answer to all these questions has been storytelling.
