VMP return style fuel system install/ Wengerd Performanced E85 tune/ 2019 mustang/ Roush 2650

We finally turned up the HP and switch to a E85 setup. heres the how to install for the new VMP return style fuel system along with install of injectors and a smaller upper pulley.
