Crowded House - Mean to Me / Four Seasons in One Day (Live MTV Unplugged 1990)

Watch the first two songs from Crowded House's iconic appearance on the first season of MTV Unplugged, originally recorded at Hollywood Center Studios in Los Angeles on March 28, 1990, and broadcast on May 12, 1990. This rare session captures Neil Finn, Nick Seymour, and Paul Hester joined on stage by Neil’s brother Tim Finn and longtime producer Mitchell Froom on keyboards. Sticking to the rules of early Unplugged, the band breaks out acoustic guitars, acoustic bass, and scaled-back percussion to let their brilliant melodies and pristine family harmonies completely steal the show.
