7 Advanced 2 Click Orbit Flares You NEED to Learn (DJ Scratching Tutorial)

In this tutorial, I break down 7 different ways to approach 2-click orbit flares, exploring how changing your record movement, crossfader technique and rhythmic positioning can open up new possibilities in your scratching. A lot of DJs learn the standard 2-click orbit flare and end up repeating the same movement and rhythm. But there's much more you can do with the technique once you start experimenting with different click positions, record movements and combinations. We'll look at seven variations, including faderless 2-clicks, double-ended chirps, double-ended babies, warps, twiddles and upfader fades. We'll also explore how changing tempos and rhythmic subdivisions can help you develop more interesting scratch patterns and flows. The aim isn't just to learn seven new techniques, but to understand how you can take a familiar scratch and develop your own variations. 00:00- Demo/Intro 00:44 - Tutorial 2Click Recap 04:03 - Swing Variations 05:22 - Tangent 2Click Orbit 07:16 - Baby Orbit Baby Orbit! 08:01 - V-Advanced Chirp Orbit Chirp 08:52 - Twiddle 10:54 - FADERLESS!!! 13:06 - UPFADES! 14:03 - Demo Seven 2 Click Flare Variations :: Intro tø Orbit Skratch Hybrids :: Dj Raedawn    • Seven 2 Click Flare Variations :: Intro tø...   1-TO-1 ONLINE DJ LESSONS Want some guidance with your scratching or mixing, or just some direction on what to work on next?
