À dix-huit ans, elle imaginait un autre avenir, jusqu'au jour où son père lui propose une vie où tout semble assuré... sauf la liberté de savoir ce qu'elle désire réellement. Des années plus tard, entourée de tout ce qu'on lui avait promis, une question demeure : A-t-elle choisi cette vie... ou a-t-elle simplement appris à l'accepter ? Une chanson franco-arabe sur la pression familiale, le mariage arrangé, le statut social, le sacrifice et cette frontière complexe entre choix et résignation.
