What happens after you finish your studies in Poland? 🇵🇱🎓 Can you stay in Poland, find a job and continue your life here legally — or do you have to leave when your student visa/residence permission expires? In this video, I explain the main legal options available to international students after graduation and what you need to do BEFORE your current legal stay ends. 🇵🇱 According to Poland's Office for Foreigners, graduates of Polish universities can apply for a temporary residence permit for the purpose of looking for employment or starting a business. This permit can be granted once for 9 months. You need to apply while your stay is legal and directly after completing your studies. For graduates of full-time higher education at Polish universities, there is also an important work-permit exemption. However, you still need a legal basis for staying in Poland. ⚠️ Immigration rules can change.
