First Reef Guardian School in Atauro Island, Timor-Leste

Students in the senior class of the Eskola Téknika Vokasionál school in Vila, Atauro Island, participated in an inaugural Reef Guardian - Rapid Monitoring Survey activity. The students received 2 days of workshops which include theory sessions in the classroom as well as practical sessions that took them out to the biodiverse reefs of Atauro Island and learning how to conduct rapid monitoring surveys.
