Microsoft 365 & Intune Troubleshooting Lab | 6 Real-World Scenarios

Part 4 of my Microsoft 365 Administration Lab. In this video, I work through six troubleshooting scenarios across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune. Rather than simply applying fixes, I follow a structured troubleshooting process: identify the problem, investigate the cause, apply the appropriate resolution and verify the result. The scenarios include: • Troubleshooting a Microsoft 365 licensing issue • Resolving incorrect Microsoft Entra ID group membership • Troubleshooting an Intune configuration policy that isn't applying • Investigating and resolving device compliance • Troubleshooting Microsoft Intune application deployment • Offboarding a hybrid identity user across Active Directory and Microsoft 365 These scenarios demonstrate practical troubleshooting across user administration, identity, endpoint management, application deployment and the hybrid user lifecycle. An additional hybrid identity issue discovered during the project is investigated separately in Part 5.
