Amtrak & MARC Rush Hour Action At New Carrollton MD With MARC HHP-8's 8/18/2017

I had a couple of hours to kill railfanning after visiting a few of the attractions in Washington DC. I took an outbound from Penn Line train from Washington Union Station to New Carrollton. I was able to see a good bit of the MARC Penn Line rush hour traffic as well as Amtrak’s Acela Express and Northeast Regional trains.
