RSPB Snettisham Nature Reserve, September 2026 HD 1080p

The wader flight at high Spring tide at RSPB Snettisham Nature Reserve in Norfolk is spectacular. This was filmed from 7am on the 29th September 2026. Apologies for the handheld camera. I find the patterns and rhythm of the birds flight a natural form of Mindfulness easing the tensions of modern life. Hopefully a tonic if you are tired, agitated, frustrated and depressed, in need of a simple mental pick me up
