The Heart That God Seeks After | Sunday Morning Service

In this powerful message, “The Heart That God Seeks After,” Bishop Owens uncovers what truly captures the attention of God—the condition of the heart. Centered around two essential bookends, The Fear of the Lord and The Joy of the Lord, this sermon reveals how these divine forces work together to shape a heart that is both reverent and full of strength. Through the example of Saul, we learn that his failure was not merely about offering a sacrifice out of order, but about the deeper issue—a heart that was not aligned with God. While man may focus on actions, God searches for a heart that is surrendered, obedient, and rightly postured before Him. Because God is still seeking, the question remains: Will He find the right heart in you? Tune in and allow this word to challenge, refine, and position your heart to be one that God desires. - Join us live for service Sundays @ 11am & 6:30pm Wednesdays @ 6:30 pm - For more information, visit our website at ImmanuelsTemple.com - Connect With Us Instagram:  / immanuelstemple   Facebook:  / immanuelstemple   Twitter:  / immanuelstemple   - 00:00:00 - Countdown 00:15:43 - Choir 00:29:40 - Praise Break 00:37:17 - Stretch Out on God 00:39:58 - Song: Stretch Out 00:47:53 - Foundational Church 01:10:14 - Darkness 01:11:51 - The Heart That God Seeks After 01:34:31 - Altar Call/Prayer 02:03:17 - Closing
