You keep replaying old conversations, and the one sentence that mattered is still unsent in your notes. Why does one more explanation never feel like enough?
This video follows the habit of explaining yourself until the plain sentence disappears: the apology that arrives before anyone has objected, the three reasons added at dinner, the honest draft that never gets sent. It asks why one more explanation never feels like enough.
Drawing on Carl Jung psychology and his idea of individuation, it looks at what it costs to become a separate person, and how that shifts the picture others hold of you. In Jung's reading, individuation is not individualism, and it should bring a person closer to the world, not further from it. It also sits in the other chair, where you are the one asking for an account.
It is Jungian psychology offered as inner work, not a rulebook. If someone reacts badly in a way that frightens you, talk to someone you trust or a professional first.
If you're ready to stop adding the second explanation, write "plain" in the comments. Subscribe to keep the next story close, somewhere near the draft in your notes you may finally send.
