Water to Wine Catholic Somatic Practice

This October, the month dedicated to The Holy Rosary, we will dive deeply into one of The Luminous Mysteries with a Catholic somatic practice called Water into Wine Catholic Somatic Practice, a body-based somatic practice rooted in Catholic tradition and theology. You are invited to learn about the SIBAM channels of human experience (Sensation, Image, Behavior, Affect, and Emotion) while tracking your own channels of SIBAM when entering somatically into The Luminous Mystery of the Wedding at Cana experiencing it in a new, embodied way. These somatic practices are simply an invitation into deeper body awareness and spiritual nourishment. You are at all times encouraged to listen to your own inner compass. If something does not resonate or feel comfortable to you, feel free to skip or alter it to make it your own. This is simply an invitation. We pray the experience is life-giving. It’s also an exercise you can continue to come back to again and again to deepen your experience and devotion to The Holy Rosary.
