If you reload high pressure rounds - this can happen

Typically this will occur if you buckle the case slightly, but these were all smooth as butter. They have been reloaded several times, and in a high pressure cartridge they do wear out. All shooting supervised by a certified Range Safety Officer on a closed and insured range. All shooting done by adults who can legally own and shoot a handgun.
