SMW Custom Level - Spin Valley Hideout (With Top Man Boss)

Figured I'd finally start working on a couple stages for this Mega Mario Hack. This is one of two early games levels in the game where the gimmick here is mostly about spin jumping and somewhat spiny enemies. As for Top Man himself, while he is not exactly the first boss of the game he has been chosen as the designated "first boss". Every Megaman like game has to have them. Anyways things you see here are subjected to change such as balancing changes and what not.
