88EmuPlayer: Heretic [Roland SC-88 Pro]

https://theusualsuspects.io/downloads... https://www.tobias-erichsen.de/softwa... 88EmuPlayer is a brand-new MIDI module emulator by The Usual Suspects based on Nukeykt's Nuked SC-55. It accurately emulates a number of old modules, including the Roland SC-55, SC-88, SC-88VL, SC-88 Pro, SC-8850, and the GM modes of the Roland JV-1080 and XV-3080. Here is 88Emu played through LoopMIDI in Heretic using the GZDoom source port. Kevin Schilder may have originally written the Heretic MIDIs for the Creative AWE32 according to an email, but the soundtrack sounds phenomenal on the SC-88 Pro. Unlike the SC-55, no notes are dropped, either. The soundtrack is honestly more iconic than the game itself, as it's been used in numerous Doom mods over the years. You'll notice I stopped the recording after E1M5...that's because I got lost for 10 minutes in E1M6 and ragequit. Logo: Use falls under fair use laws.
