Building 500€ offroad Ford Focus for Romania Roadtrip - Gumbalkan 2022 - EP 0

Do you think a 2006 Ford Focus is a good off-road camper van? We did, so we bought two, 500 euro each. And just in time, because we signed up for an off-road road trip rally through Romania, event called Gumbalkan. We had only a few days to do our off-road camper van makeovers…well, we had to fix the cars first. Start: Prague, Czechia Finish: Eibenthal, Romania. We went through 46 Checkpoints in Slovakia, Hungary and mostly in Romania. We drove on roads, rocks, gravel, sand and mud and returned home with over 3500km of pure adventure behind us.
