U.P. Town Center by Ayala Malls Parking Tour

U.P. Town Center by Ayala Malls is located along Katipunan Avenue in Quezon City. This mall has both open and steel parking areas. Upon entering the parking area, you will see a notice advising customers that there will be no payment on exit. There is a list of payment booth locations within the mall. Open parking area is usually filled and many opt to use the steel parking area. The steel parking area has ample clearance and spacing for large vehicles. Ramps are not too steep and has enough traction. There is enough light for visibility at night and the whole area is well-ventilated. Payment is made easy, as well as getting out of the area. We noticed a couple of things for improvement. As with most steel parking, there are no labels or markings on the posts that can serve as a guide as to where you parked your vehicle. Also, there is a lack of signs showing where the exit is, especially for first-timers who are not familiar with the place (ex. Exit near Landers drop-off and Ramp Exit going down the steel parking).
