Taiko no Tatsujin 2 will be playable in MAME 0.254 (no commentary)

Windyfairy, Peter Wilhelmsen and Samuel Neves have been hard at work making MAME's Namco System 10 emulation better. While the game will still have a 'NOT WORKING' flag in 0.254 due to potential timing issues, Taiko no Tatsujin 2 (as well as 4 and 6) will be bootable and playable.
