🌱 Cucumber Tunnel Project | Episode 2 | Day 11–20 Welcome to Episode 2 of the 100-Day Cucumber Tunnel Project at Dawri Agro Farm, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. In this episode, we cover the practical farming activities from Day 11 to Day 20, including the preparation and development of cucumber seedlings and their successful transfer into the tunnel. In this episode, we show: 🌱 Cucumber seedling preparation and early growth 🌱 Seedling care and development 🌱 Bed preparation inside the tunnel 🌱 Transplanting seedlings into the prepared beds 🌱 Proper plant spacing 💧 Irrigation and early plant care 🌧️ The impact of rainfall on the crop 💦 Rainwater drainage after rainfall 🌱 Monitoring plant health and early growth During Day 14–15, the farm also experienced rainfall for approximately two days. We observed the condition of the crop and focused on proper drainage to prevent excess water from remaining around the plants. By Day 20, the seedling preparation and transplanting stage has been completed, and the cucumber plants are now entering the next stage of growth and management. This project is not only about growing cucumbers. It is also a practical pilot project to explore how modern farming methods can be used to develop a workable farming model on limited land. Throughout this 100-day journey, we will document the work from the beginning to the final harvest. At the end of the project, we will share the actual production, costs, income, and profit or loss. We are not making any success claims in advance.
