How Luis Quit His Job Then Made $15,000 Wholesaling Real Estate

Luis quit his 9–5 bank job with no Plan B and went all-in on real estate wholesaling. For 5 straight months, he didn't close a single deal. He had contracts fall apart, dealt with rejection, learned how to talk to sellers, switched markets, and kept going. Then it finally clicked. Luis closed his first wholesale deal for $5,000, followed by another $10,000 deal about a week later $15,000 from his first two closed deals. In this interview, we break down his journey from working a corporate job with zero sales or real estate experience to closing deals virtually in a market where he didn't know anyone. We talk about his first deal, finding buyers, choosing the right market, dealing with failed contracts, staying consistent when nothing is working, reinvesting into marketing, and what he'd do today if he only had $1,000 left to find his next deal.
