Mini Kahlon's keynote at Sage Assembly 2026, "Trust in the Machine: Verification, Agency, and the Future of Scientific Work," held October 8, 2026 at Bell Harbor International Conference Center in Seattle. Mini Kahlon is cofounder and CEO of Beheld Health. A neuroscientist, she was the founding Vice Dean of Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin, and before that Executive Director and CIO of the Clinical and Translational Science Institute at UCSF. Her team's randomized trials, published in JAMA Psychiatry and JAMA, found that people talking to people reduced loneliness, depression and anxiety, and improved blood sugar control in diabetes.
