Someone threw this away. A Reynolds 531 Dawes with a Shimano XT groupset, Mavic rims on Deore LX hubs, and paintwork so good you'd think it was two years old. It was sitting on top of a skip, about to be crushed. My friend Mike rescued it — and asked me to bring it back to life with some interesting new parts.
