WHAT IF I RUIN IT? How many times have you looked at a piece of furniture, paintbrush in hand, and thought, what if I ruin it? Well, today's video is all about throwing that fear out of the window! I hope that by the end of this tutorial, I've given you a little more confidence, a bit more courage and, most importantly, the freedom to enjoy creating without worrying about getting it wrong. Because here's the thing... the perfection you're constantly chasing might just be stealing all your creative joy. It's only paint. It's only furniture. And it's supposed to be FUN! Today I'm taking a wooden Sheesham cabinet and layering paint, playing with bright, happy colours and hand-painting a rather crude, imperfect but wonderfully joyful pattern all over it. No perfectly straight lines, no rigid rules and certainly no striving for perfection. Just imagination, colour and the pleasure of seeing where it takes me. I hope this video encourages you to pick up that paintbrush, trust yourself and remember that sometimes the most interesting things happen when we stop trying to get everything right.
