152: "I Am God" — Adrian Oluoch on Religion, A Dangerous Life & Why Humans are Designed to be Lazy

Adrian Oluoch has sued his own university, joined Linda Mwananchi’s youth team and says he has “made the decision to live a dangerous life,” and this is all done by the time he hit 22. In this episode of Couch Connect he goes further: he argues that your certificates and degrees are a system designed to steal your most powerful years, that religion was built to push you away from God, and that “God is us.” He questions whether Jesus literally rose from the dead. He describes political goonism as a state operation meant to scare voters away from rallies, calls on Raila Odinga and James Orengo's supporters and says he wrote engagement proposals for Jimi Wanjigi’s camp that resurfaced months later without him. He also talks about his experience growing up in a polygamous home in Maralal, why he thinks two wives will never love each other, and why he’ll call for “Sifuna must go” if Sifuna fails Kenya in power. Agree or disagree, you’ll have an opinion by the end.
