Harbor freight 12 ton shop press 60604 DIY modifications

Fixed the slop and play in the harbor freight 12 ton shop press. Need from Home Depot ( or others) 1" x 1/8" flat bar aluminum ,sku482595. Cut 4 pieces 7"long . Need from auto parts store, double sided auto attachment tape. I used 3m 6383 7/8" tape. A thick foam tape might not work well , the 3m is pretty thin and was perfect. It was worth the 10 minutes and 6 bucks , being I already had the tape.
