Altering the Plans: Downtown (and Waikato Update) | Part 6.3 | #citiesskylines2

In preparation for new game content, we are bringing forward letting the simulator rip in the City Centre. As I want to let the simulator rip sooner to get the residents , businesses and tourists into the City Centre, being the good planner I am, I am altering the Plan and schedule around a bit to bring the opening much earlier. Yes I can hear Darth Vader talking about changing deals and praying he does not alter it further to Londo. But Star Wars humour aside I give a brief rundown what I plan to do for Downtown in preparation for when I do return to it to complete its build out!
