Winter Fishing Chaos Lyttelton

What a fantastic morning out in the rain and cold! I initially headed out to Lyttelton Harbour to target flounder but decided to put out my homemade set-line as an insurance policy. Well, what an insurance policy it was, after coming up empty-handed on the flounder, I couldn’t bloody believe it when I landed these 3 big, beautiful rig on the set-line! It was absolute chaos landing them solo on Sheila, but got it done! How good to get a feed of fish only 20 minutes from home in winter! The setline was made completely out of ‪@BlackMagicTackleltd‬ which held strong despite my rather dodgy construction! Kept warm and dry in ‪@desolvesupplyco‬ and ‪@hunterselement‬ wet weather kit!
