In this series I've been playing out this scenario in NBA 2K11 on the Playstation 3 in the Association mode. In an alternate universe, Roy and Oden stay healthy and play long successful careers along side Lamarcus Aldridge. I have played 53 of the regular season games with the Blazers finishing the season with a 60-22 record. I've tweaked the difficulty and sliders along the way. I was playing on Superstar mode during the first Lakers game I posted. I'm playing on Hall of Fame mode now with a few minor game slider adjustments to keep the games challenging and for realistic team and individual statistics. It's all for fun and I've been having a blast with this. Playing most of the games during the regular season really engages you with the team and the rest of the league. There's a lot of other fun scenarios playing out with other teams like a healthy Derrick Rose leading his Bulls to first place in the Eastern Conference. The Big Three Heat with LeBron, Wade, and Bosh are barely making it to the playoffs at this point and could potentially face the Bulls or the Celtics in the first round. A healthy Danny Granger on the Pacers with rookie Paul George. A very young Steph Curry on the Golden State Warriors Could be a 7 or 8 seed in the Western Conference. How far can Steph Curry carry the Warriors? Kobe Bryant and the defending NBA champion Lakers look to 3 peat. A young Thunder Team with Durant, Harden and Westbrook look to make a mark in the league.
